Processing & Production Time
Because each piece is made specifically for you, please allow up to 14 business days for production before your order ships. During high-volume seasons or holidays, production times may extend slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Times
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using your selected shipping method at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.

International Shipping

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
